This product is a sterile, single-dose vial containing 100 mg of doxycycline in powder form. It is specifically designed for Intravenous (IV) Infusion use only. Important: The medication must be reconstituted (mixed with a diluent) and then further diluted before being administered to a patient. It is used to treat various bacterial infections when a patient cannot take oral antibiotics or when high blood levels of the antibiotic are needed quickly.
